Heavy Flightby ~Liddelo

Artisan Crafts / Metal Work

This is a craft work I made for a schoolproject called "The Key to Freedom" where I've, for the first time, collaborated with a few other students in my class. Our project is basically about the way we people have locked ourselves up in malls to try to find happiness through consumption, instead of realizing you can reach happiness in other ways.

In this project we've made 6 different birds (where two of them, including this, is done by me) and three minimum doors. Each bird has their own expression and meaning and this symbolizes the "heavy" one, the one that's stuck in the ground and cannot fly. Then you can interpret that however you want
